It's an old computer, has a PGA370 socket/CPU. The processor works fine.

When I plug the cable, it starts automatically (I don't need to press the <Power> button).
I noticed that front panel cables weren't connected properly, so I unplugged them and connected them the right way, but it didn't help to fix the auto-start problem.

It doesn't display a thing, so I can't get to the BIOS to configure it.

When it is turned on (by plugging it), the RED and GREEN are always on.

Another problem is that, when it turns on and when I maintain the <power> button pressed, it won't shut down.

PSU, Graphics Card or Motherboard .... if you have a spare PSU, try that ... otherwise it's not really worth spending any money on.
