| -Providing the PSU is a decent make, 450w is generally enough for anything with a dual core and single graphics card as far as i know! -I'd leave the it at a E8400 and have the extra RAM, 4gb runs XP better than 2gb, and the difference in the processor speed can easily be made up with a small overclock. -Your best of spending more on the graphics card though, and less in other areas, so I'd say the upgrade on the card will thoroughly be worth the cost! |

| "450W dual rail" really means nothing. It could easily be junk.
