As you can probably tell i am not that computer literate and can manage th basics, but after that i am a bit stupid in anything ele.

please help as this is the 5th time my daughter has crashed the computer, the other 4 times we have managed to get it going again ,but not this time.

Sorry if I was hijacking others, but that was not intentional,I just find this forum hard to get round and quite difficult compared to other forums for posting things up especially when you are trying to actually get back to the forums once in a thread

As I said am not that great on the comp, certainly no where near the standards of peeps on here, so a break would have sufficed without the reprimand ta

Sorry, let me know how I can redesign it better to suit your needs.

Regardless it wasn't a reprimand so chill out, was just letting you know how things work around here.

If there are any problems, simply PM a mod, the guys in bold / green at the bottom of the homepage

There is also a navigation "tree" at the top, whereby you can access the forum homepage or the previous category you viewed.

Best thing to do would be to write down the error code found in brackets, looking something like this:

0x000000A,0x000001 etc

If the BSOD doesn't stay on for long, consider taking a video of your screen and pausing the playback on the BSOD.

Either way, your best bet would be to acquire an error code so the guys who know what they're doing can better assist you.
