Boot Problem

That definitely sounds like overheating. Try booting to the BIOS, and leaving the computer on for 10 minutes while in BIOS. If it shuts down then, it's almost definitely heat related.

I was just responding to an earlier post. These types of problem tend to happen often, and it'd help another user who had a similar problem.
