| Am i able to boot a tower to my laptop screen or is the vga port on the back of my laptop just for hooking up multiple monitors? I am assuming that this cannot be done, but i just thought i would ask. |

| Yes, a new monitor can be added to the laptop creating dual screen.

| ie, either the same display on both or a split screen. As for the first question, you can use the laptop to login to the tower over a network, hence do what you wanted.
