The light keeps blinking on my modem and i lose my Internet.

What is causing this?

Check all you filters and phone line if nothing has changed call you ISP as that light means a problem with the line and not you computer.

I've encountered this problem on several occasions, I usually just reboot and it fixes the problem as it resets the modem.

I thought it was usually just because it was finding it hard to connect or couldnt connect.

Just try rebooting so the modem switches off then boot up again & try to conect.
