Best computer means it depends on the needs of the person. For example we can get a computer for Rs 7000 or $180. This is very helpful for writing and reading purposes but not for gaming or video purposes.

Quad Core Processor
8Gb Ram DDR2 PC6400
nVidia 8800 vid card
etc etc

You'll be on the right track with that....

How much is your budget?
You could get your hands on AMD's current research for £3000000.

Impossible, as soon as you would have it built it would be out of date.

I think in case of computers shy is the limit. But if you are gaming freak then computer having better processor speed and excellent graphics is best.

I think the quality is directly propotional to the budget.....If your budget is quite handsome, then you can buy branded product, and i just wanna say that "the game is all about money"....lol
