Ok, my Budget Is about 85-100 Bucks. But I already have some stuff. I have the case. What I need is a mobo, (everything that comes on a mobo), power supply, I basically need a pc, for serfing the web, downloading music, listening to music, and playing internet games. Can anyone help me out here? Thanks

Go to a secondhand store. Buy a old Pentium 3 or something.

You cannot build a PC for $85.

I didnt plan on it, I have mostly all the parts, I was just looking for some good advice for something of that sort.

Your original post said you had a case and nothing else. If that's correct, you are missing about $500 worth of equipment.

What parts _do_ you have?

i would get a soket a mini atx and a 2600+ athlon xp they run at 2ghz and is as cheap as you can go :) and it more than enuf for download net and so on i build a small build a while ago but made my case out of perspex pic of my plans>

the case was as long as the motherboard and psu with the hight of the psu :)
