The EVGA nForce 680i SLI has onboard High Definition Audio(HDA)so im not sure its worth buying an expensive 7.1 soundcard.

The OCZ SLI-Ready Edition Dual Channel 2048MB PC6400 DDR2 800MHz Memory is a gimmick and a rip off.
I cannot compare prices on the site you linked to because its no longer available there but Im sure you can find memory that is just as fast for cheaper.

I have the EVGA 680i Sli and love it,it is not however without its faults.
Specifically, frying memory that requires high voltage.
Memory requiring more than 2.1V @stock has been known to get destroyed with this board.
EVGA,nVidia and OCZ for example all blame each the for the problem. All are honouring RMAs but the problem does exist.
I should know I have RMAd 4GB in total of OCZ Reaper Ram.
All is well now though because I dont run the moemory higher than 2.1V and luckily for me it is stable at 1066Mhz even with this reduced voltage.
I have also gone through this hassle to increase my chances of not frying memory.

Great info!!

So can i prevent the mother baord form recking my RAM by only buying low voltage RAM? or is there more to it?

I guess i won't need a sound card then, thanks saved me 70$ :)

Also do you know if my video card i have selected can be SLI'd with another video card? (Im not sure becuase it didnt say it was SLI-ready)

I dont think so but then again I dont know much about the professional cards.
I think the Raptor is a bit extravagant though. For the same price you could have 2 of These
and have plenty of change left over.
A 150GB Raptor or 1Terabyte of storage space?I know what I would choose.
Edit:Or even run 2 of them in a raid0 setup, that will apparently increase performance by about 80%!!
Edit again:Read all about it Here

I heard when rendering the hard drive is more than 50% of the job and on the one i got it is SATA-150 10k and the one you listed was SATA-300 7,500.

This was all afvised by other people... So really i dont know what i am talking and am indeed open to suggestion always :)

Well its up to you.
There are plenty of benchmarks and reviews to look at online. Those drives will perform really well in Raid0 and if cost and storage space are factors its something to consider.
Here for example are benchmarks for the Seagates. You need only compare them with the Raptor.

I have read a few test reviews that show that the Western Digital Cavier hard drives actually run at the same speed as the raptors. I think that the stated 10,000rpm will have little impact at this stage, and they're so pricey as 10k is considered fast at the moment.

Although i think it will become standard and alot cheaper soon, just like 5400rpm was the benchmark and 7200rpm was seen as fast.

All looks good to me.

Altho i would drop down to a 7200rpm hard drive and get some 800MHz Ram with the money saved, but thats not a huge factor

2.
-NVIDIA Quadro FX by PNY FX 3500 PCI-E 256MB 256BIT DDR3 Dual DVI-I Video Card
-http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=20657. Awesome card for CAD and/or video editing if that's your usage

3.
-Western Digital Raptor 74GB SATA 10000RPM Hard Drive 5.2MS 16MB NCQ 5 Year MFR Warranty
-http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=18013. Waste of time. Samsung Spinpoint T166 has faster (overall) read/write times. Raptor's are living on past accolades. Plus they run hot and loud. Do not waste your time on this drive.

4
-EVGA Nforce 680I SLI LGA775 Conroe ATX DDR2 2PCI-E16 2PCI SATA2 RAID Sound GBLAN 1394 Motherboard
-http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=23215. Nice board, can be tricky to oc stably ('least in my experience) but if you're not bothered about oc'ing.....

5 (X2)
-Corsair XMS2 TWIN2X2048-5400C4 2GB 2X1GB PC2-5400 DDR2-667 CL 4-4-4-12 240PIN Dual Channel Memory
-http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=18582. Considering you're ordering a core2 (and a quad core at that) why get low latency ram? Core2's aren't affected by latencies due to the way the memory's controlled. Plus quad's demand a high bandwidth so, as Skinnyman states, get (at least) 800mhz, 1066mhz if budget allows. The EVGA does default 1066mhz to stock speeds I believe so no compatibility problems there.

6
-OCZ GameXStream 1010W ATX12V 24PIN SLI Ready Active PFC ATX Power Supply 120MM Fan Black
-http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=23376. A kw psu? and in that body? err...no. It'll run hot as the heatsinks are packed in. Get an Enermax Galaxy 850W. Not that you need that wattage.

7
-Antec Nine Hundred Mid Tower Gamer Case 900 ATX 9 Drive Bay No PS Top USB2.0 1394 Audio
-http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=21123. Awesome Mid range case. Wiring the molex-powered case fans can be a bit tricky to do neatly.

8
-Razer Diamondback 3G Frost Blue Gaming Mouse 7 Button 1800DPI Infrared Optical USB
-http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=25852. Yup, decent middle-of-the-road DPI, not too sensitive, not too slow.

9
-Saitek Eclipse Keyboard Black USB W/ 104 Silver Key & Blue LED Key Illumination
-http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=14355. Played with one of these a few weeks ago, liked the key strokes - not too long, not too quick.

10
-Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Quad Core Processor LGA775 Kentsfield 2.40GHZ 1066FSB 8MB Retail Box
-http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=22211. It's a Core 2. 'Nuff said.

11.
-Pioneer DVR-212D Black DVD-RW 18X6X18 DVD+RW 18X8X18 DL 10X SATA 2MB OEM DVD Burner No Software
-http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=23283. Based on their DV-112. Which, in my humble opinion, is the best optical drive on the market.

About the hard drive:

If you're a gamer you're going for the wrong card. If you're not, its a very good card for other prescribed uses as stated above. You won't need dual.
