Default Building new pc

Hi all,
considering building a new pc as my existing one is playing up a bit at the mo(I`ll explain in another thread)
I have searched around and selected some hardware which I would appreciate some feedback on.

Motherboard: MSI AM2 VIA K8M890 MATX Audio Lan DDR2

Ram: OCZ Technology 2x1GB 240DIMM PC2-6400 DDR2 Platinum

DVD: Samsung 20x dvd writer SATA BLACK LIGHTSCRIBE

HDD: Western Digital Caviar 250GB S300 16MB 7200RPM

Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000 AM2 2.6GHz

Can anyone tell me if this list is compatable and of good quality.
Main usage will be internet, downloading, office applications, using pci tv card, editing home movies, burning dvds, watching dvds.(probably running a few of the tasks simultaniously)
I dont play games and would prefer not to buy a graphics card if the onboard graphics would suffice. I would appreciate any help or recommendations for alternative hardware.
Regards

yes this system is more than powerfull enough for what you have said but unfortunatley i would have to reccomend a GPU rather than the onboard for video editing, in my personal opinion it doesnt have to cost an arm and a leg or be a special video editing card something for around 40 quid like a sapphire x1650 cheap and good for editing id say, hope this helps

Why not just buy a cheap secondhand Dell with a C2D or something and stick a TV tuner in it? I see no reason to spend all that money on that hardware when your most demanding task will be running Windows Movie Maker.
