Buying a PC off of a friend. I know the money is right 925$ dollars but I am wondering if anyone here can tell me if this will be a strong gaming computer. I play mmorpg's and need a computer than can put up with mass PvP situations. Here it is:

• Case – Cooler Master RC-690-KKN1-GP
• Sony NEC Optiarc Black 20x DVD+-RW DL DVD Burner
• BFG Tech 680i Sli Motherboard
• Intel E6400 Processor (BX80557E6400)
• Arctic Cooling Freezer Pro 7
• Maxtor DiamondMax 21 320GB Hard Drive
• eVGA 512-P3-N841-A3 GeForce 8800GTS (G92) 512MB Video Card
• Corsair XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin PC26400 RAM

Thanks

Nice to see someone quoting the AC7, well spec'd.

Forget the E6400 and go for the E6550; pretty much the same money. Also forget the mobo spec'd and go for the P35 chipset, maybe the P5K. The 680i chipset is the current one of choice, but only if going dual card.

I honestly can't see the point of the new 8800GTS, it's a higher price than the GT and a decently oc'd GT will match it, all for a substantial amount of money less.

But your base spec will do nicely should you wish to just stick with that.
