Hi all!

I was planning on buying a new laptop computer, and I found 2 Dell computers that interested me:

The Dell XPS M1330 and Dell Inspiron 1520

I was looking to have:
Intel Core Duo Processor 2.0-2.2GHz
2BG RAM
150-200GB Hard Drive
nVidia GeForce 8600 256MB Graphics Card
Windows Vista Ultimate

However, I encountered 2 issues:

The Dell M1330 only has an GeForce 8400 128MB graphics card, and the Dell Inspiron 1520 only comes with Windows Vista Home Premium, which I don't want.

I am going to be using this computer for gaming (not very extreme), graphics/web design, and general work.

Out of these two computers, which one would be better? Or could you otherwise suggest me another laptop computer around the price of 1000 pounds that will suit my needs?

Thanks

I have also heard that the deliveries from the Dell website are quite unreliable. I was wondering if you know any other British websites where I can customize and buy Dell laptops?

We use Dell laptops at work. Last year we had thousands recalled due to the batteries setting on fire!! One actually set on fire in an employees boot whilst he was driving home!!
