So my parts are coming soon and i just want to know how many fans i should have because liquid cooling is not an option now. I have a cosmos s case with a gtx 260. my processor is a q9400 and i have a zalman 9700 cpu cooler. i already have 2 exhausts and 1 intake. how many more fans should i get?

Yeah, basically that.
You'll want to balance out your intake/exhaust, so keep the sizes in mind as well. That Zalman fan isn't very good, I'd replace it with a HDT cooler to get a lot of bang for your buck.

also , my case comes with a 230 mm side fan. it fell and it has only 5 out of the 9 blades. is it ok to use it?
