Hey All,
Well i am having a strange problem, whenever i start the internet, my computer automatically hangs after 5-30 mins and also, whenever i am playing games, it is automatically hanging.

I tried almost everything from my side, I changed RAM Slots, I removed RAM, Resintalled Windows, Changed Drivers etc.

PS: When the computer is being hanged, there are no blue-screen errors, just the computer is hanged until i restart.

Please help me, waiting for reply.

Thanks!

I agree with kano, it sounds very like overheating or a gray power issue.

Perhaps you'd like to briefly list your computer, internet connection, operating system, games and browser (if you're ever in a browser when you hang).

What security have you installed on the computer? Is there a resident virus checker? What level firewall do you run? Have you scanned for adware and malware recently? What with?

Well, there are no problems with my ISP as 15,000 other users are using the same ISP.

Computer Specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.20GHZ
2 GB Ram DDR2
160 GB HDD Sata2
Intel D946 MotherBoard

I formatted my HDD last time when i installed Vista, and the computer was hanging there also, but on Vista, blue-screen was coming.
And right now i am using Windows XP, So i just formatted the local Drive C.

I've cleaned my computer with McAfee antivirus and also i've checked for adware and malware with spyware doctor and adware pro.
I am currently using Firefox and IE 6.
And as far as games are concerned, Cricket 2007, Cricket 2005, Brian Lara Cricket 2005 all are being hanged after some time.

Install http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php and watch your temperature in the system tray as you get toward hanging, see if it goes above 60. Jot down what it reads every minute once it's got over 60 and we'll see where it reaches before it hangs.

Yups, my guess was right.
Currently the temperature is:
HD0: 40C
Core 0: 39C
Core 1: 39C

Let's see what will be the temperature at the time of system hang.

that temps fine what graphics card do you have? it could be hdd have you got abother you can try, also how consistent is the hanging does it happen everytime you go on the net? if so you can download an ubuntu live cd and boot from it and fidle around and see if it hangs, if it doesnt the chances are its the harddrive if it does it another hardware related issue
