ok i reckon its the harddrive but if you want to make doubly sure install ubuntu on the harddrive and see if it crashes when accessing it from the hdd

Well my friend is coming via HDD.
I'll check it, by the way cew27, how could it be the problem of HDD?

Although the computer is working fine when i am not connecting to the internet.

Speedfan shows your voltages as well, are they robust when you put the machine under load?

Are you using the same anti-spyware, anti-virus and firewall every time you do a fresh install?
If so I would think that it may be a conflict between these programs

it sets the tjmax temp to high, there has been research done
