umm all the manuals for motherboards are awsome in learning how to maintain a computer you can download them from their respective websites.

i use air in a can hehehe... you can you it to push dust back out rather than into the fans

I went to cnet, but I didn't see anything about maintenance.
I'm looking for some tutorial of book which tells you how to clean your cooler, your chassis, put some anti-staining thing at the end of your cables, you know, simple stuff to get your computer to live better ; )
