Hi everyone! I currently have a computer that will turn on and I can access the bios. However, when I try to install a operating system like windows xp it will load some files then freeze and it freezes at different times. Sometimes it will load all files and actually install the operating system. After install and booting os it will give errors after a couple of reboots. Lately I can't even install a os. I'm positive this is a intermitten motherboard problem probably due to failure of the motherboard. Please if someone can help I'd appreciate it!

Sounds to me like a RAM issue ..... give us a bit more info on the system specs.

I would definitely run memtest. Could also be a dodgy HDD or PSU giving bad power.
