Default Computer start up problems

some times my pc starts up normally and runs smoothly but after some time it shutdowns automatically and tries to restart and some times it is restarted by itself and sometimes it doesnot.
some times when i press the power button the keyboard light flashes at once and the monitor displays that the signal cable is unpluged and the cpu sounds to be running and after some time the monitor also goes off.
i am sick of the problem please anybody help me in finding and fixing the problem

It could be a heat or memory issue.

First off try checking your temps with something like Speedfan to see if things are overheating.

Also try checking your Ram with something like Windows Memory Diagnostic.

Let us know how you get on.

Fan2:0RPM

The main thing we are looking for here is Temp1 and/or Temp2 readings ... these tell us what the CPU is running at. The Fan speeds are secondary, although looking at your readings, there seems to be an issue, with either the sensos or maybe the fans are malfunctioning.

Pleae post the Temp1 and Temp 2 readings, as the temperatures are the all important information, to detect whether the cpu is overheating.
