Default Computers for businss use

Right people, im after some help in choosing a computer system. Basically my mum runs a small private health care company, and is in need of new computer equipment. At the minute they're running 4 different spec PC's, 2 with windows xp and 2 with 98, so as you can guess its not the best setup in the world.

Here is the brief:
3 identical PC's with flat panel monitors
1 laptop of similar spec
Some sort of network hub
1 Hand held PC
They are only required to run things like Excel, Word, and the internet every now and again
I think windows XP will be sufficient too, as i think Vista will be overkill for the requirements

So basically, where is the best place to get this equipment from? And is it likely i'll get a discount (or possibly an extra free PDA for myself)? I was thinking Dell personally, due to the 3yr warrenty.

Anyone else got any other suggestions?

Cheers

Its the one time i'd recommend Dell.

Yup, if you're going business, go Dell, especially small business. The more specialist builders/merchants quite frankly aim at tailoring their service to clients purchasing a lot of machines/periperals and they sell service contracts on top (where the real money is).

Dell, because they're also a builder of consumer pc's are able to spread themselves wider.

Also, because you'll more than likely be buying the pc's from Dell at base spec, you won't pay through the nose for much-costlier-than-the-rest-of-the-market upgrades over that spec.

Why is the dell website so fookin hard to use?!? I select a computer that states it can be purchased with XP or Vista, then when i select customise it only has Vista available. Some come with a 19" monitor as the smallest option, i need a 17" flat panel at the very most. I also dont require a HD as large as 250GB, 120GB is more than enough. And i also want a multi card reader in there as i need a PDA aswell, but the majority of the systems wont let me add one as an extra.

Honestly that is one of the most annoying websites ever!
