Hey, I am sitting here with my new Computer.

I've put in my old harddisk. and it works like a charm.
But as soon as I then put on my ekstra cooler, and start up the computer, the screen goes black, and writes somethign about Partition 1
I didn't understand why it did that, but tryed to take of the coolers again, and then it worked normaly, then I put on teh coolers again, and it goes black again.
I tryed to take out the old harddisk, and just have the coolers on, and it worked.

So my question is: what is teh problem here, why can't I both use my ekstra harddisk and my ekstra coolers?

several things might be happening here. you might not have secured it tightly enough, it could be shorting out on the computer somewhere, or your computer simply doesn't have a powerful enough power supply to run everything plus the fan.

check and make sure nothing is shorting, that everything is down and secured nicely, and double check your power supply. if you're using one that came stock with the rest of the computer, you probably need a new one. if you bought a nice powerful one, you can probably rule that out as a cause.
