As for the disc, just burn it again at a lower speed setting. Mount it in PowerISO or something if you want to make sure it's not corrupt.
The DVI problem is cause of the stand screws??
How do I place them under my motherboard? I have 3, any guide on how to do that part?

And the disc works now, I press F12 and a window shows up, I booted from CD/DVD Drive and it was successful and then when it starts downloading 'no DVI signal shows up' T.T
I'm gonna replace my graphic card first, but if the replaced one won't work I might refund or replace my whole build

Screw the brass things into the case, then place the motherboard on top, then screw it in. The brass things will be in between.

That should fix your problem.

OK I screwed the brass things in the case, I placed the motherboard on it, now the motherboard is too high to fit in the I/O shield and too high to install a graphic or sound card.
To me it look's like the Antec P183 don't need those brass things or did I do something wrong?

That's odd. Some cases have them preinstalled..like I said a few posts back, if you want to narrow this down better take it out of the case completely and test it on a box.

What do you mean test it on a box?

Take the motherboard out of the case, test it on a big cardboard box or wood table or something with the CPU, one stick of RAM, and the graphics card installed with power hooked up and work from there. That's basically the best troubleshooting step you can take.
