You mentioned how much memory it can have at maxium, but how much does it have now?
If you just want to play america's army on this thing at pretty good settings than I would recommend.

2 GB Mem(2 x 1 GB)
and a 256 MB PCI Graphics card.
Also Depending on your processor, if it's a pitty 1.4/1.6 or 1.8 ghz processor. I'd recommend getting a 2.4/2.8 or even 3 ghz pentium 4 processor.

All and All this upgrade would cost probably $150 to $200.

Well I'd leave the CPU alone, most P4's will still run 99% of new stuff. But we don't know what speed P4 you have?

You don't say how much RAM you have either, just the max so can't really advise if you need more.

Best upgrade would be a graphics card but again, we don't know what you currently have?

I don't think that you can upgrade that model. There is no graphics card slot on the motherboard so you are stuck with onboard graphics. PCI graphics cards are now difficult to get and probably not worth the effort.

There's no PCIx16 slot witch is made specifically for graphics cards. But there are normal PCI slots and you can plug in graphics cards in those.

Any card that will fit in that slot will be ancient and a complete waste of time and money.

You're are better off getting a new motherboard and graphics card and fitting it all in a new case.
