Default Dell TV Tuner please help.

You can plug the TV cable from the wall directly into the TV tuner card on the computer.

But you will need to have an extra cable. It does not (for me anyway) come included.
Also get a splitter so you can still use the TV.

I know but I want to know what Inputs it actually has, I preferably need to get a scart lead into it, which cannot be Coaxial so has it got any RCA's or an S-Video socket?

I see.

The only thing mine came with was:
Remote Sensor (for the computer monitor)
Infrared Transmitter (for the tv)
Remote Control

Things to buy were:
Extension Cables
Audio Y-cable
Composite Video Cable
S-video Cable

Also I am in the USA so things may be a little different.

I hooked mine straight from the wall to the computer so did not buy any extras.

Not sure about the D-VHS player. I think it can be done but have never attempted it.
