Default Desktop Build

I have been shopping around in newegg, putting together my new desktop. So far this is what I'm looking at...

http://s140.photobucket.com/albums/r...lipboard01.jpg

http://s140.photobucket.com/albums/r...lipboard02.jpg

http://s140.photobucket.com/albums/r...lipboard03.jpg

I need to make sure that everything here is compatible and quality (that meaning if there is a piece of hardware that has a rep for being bad, tell me and we will find something else). I need to keep the price of this build around $1200 (including the shipping). I plan on doing a lot of gaming, music, firefoxing, and photoshop.

Thank you very much for your help. :)

can you direct link me to the motherboard, processor, ram, and video card?
if the motherboard has the right socket, you have the right ram, it has pci-e 16, and supports the sata 3.0 HDD then you should be fine. You'll probably have to wait for Alex to get confirmation.

Hi Ellipsicon.

It all looks good, although I'd be tempted to swap the WD hdd for a Samsung Spinpoint 250gb.

It's a well balanced spec you've put together there, well done.
