does anyone have any ideas on how i could use a laptop screen, with a desktop computer?

i know that i could use remote accessing software, but is there anyway that i can plug the desktop into the laptop and it will use the screen.

if there is no possible way can someone recommened any remote accessing software, preferbly that will use a network connection, as i only have a slow broadband connection.

so you just want to use the moniter? take the plug from the moniter out of the computer and look for a plug that it would fit into on the laptop and plug it in

would that work, i wanted to use the laptop screen with the desktop, does the laptop need to be on? or off? is this method safe?

You can't use a laptop screen with a desktop with just the hardware.

Run the server on your desktop and the viewer on your laptop. Brilliant!
