| CNet have done a comparison of the two and decided the AMD 64bit Athlon won by a huge margin. Check out the article here Toms Hardware did the most intense one I could find, they tested it probably as much as is possible so I'd trust this one overall. | Yeah, but... Those tests are comparing AMD 64 X2 with Pentium Dual Core. Intel now have 'Core 2 Duo' dual core cpu's The later is the type I'm on about. |
