Default F5 Secure Servers - How secure are they?

Hello, I work from home and am on an F5 secure server - I would like to know if my employer while I am working has access to my emails etc and also to my IM on Yahoo? I would appreciate any info regarding this or if you can direct me to the proper forum or website would really be appreciated. Thank you
