i was playing WoW then suddenly this strange smell of burning rubber ( sorta smells like medicen cream [ thats the only way to describe it ] ) and i thought nothing of it but then my screen went completely light grey and my pc turned off i try to turn it back on but just the start screen comes up where it says press esc for boot ( blah blah ) i press my keyboard but nothing happends, do you know what happend?

You might want to take the cover off of the PC and see what was burning.

Could have been a wire or a fan overheated.
