Get a better motherboard. I have that one and it's okay but not great for overclocking.

8800Ultra is about to be outdated. Wait until the 9800GX2 or get two 8800GTs in SLI.

PSU is fine. 600W should last you a while.
I missed the Audigy SE - either go on-board or high-end (X-fi), I have a SE and it's mediocre. Don't waste your money :)
There's no reason to go with a Quad if you're not overclocking, that's why I assumed. Go with a nice Duo. 68XX series are good.
