I saw the gtx 260 and 280 but keep hearing the 4870 is the same but half the price so now i dont know where to go with it also i dont know much about sound systems so if anyone could help lets just say sound system 0-100$ maybe a little more and g card 0-400$ and if there is something there that would be better to change out please let me know i hope its all solid as of now. thanks |

cool system i would say go with GTX 260 if you dont want to spend more that 400$ there are good deal on the XFX GeForce GTX 260 Black Edition Core 216 896MB 448-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported but the card is big it might not fit in yout mid tower and also your heat sink may not fit hope my info help

Yeah, I would go with a GTX 260 216 and one of these monitors.
The Z-2300 is what I have right now for sound, it's only 2.1 but it's an excellent system. I have CMSS-3D on my sound card so it sounds pretty nice. Rest looks fine.
