| my question is i dont know if this will make any sense but oh well, you know gamepads when they first came out the standard was a digital controller like old snes mega drive, but later on they added an analog controller like dreamcast ps2 xbox, what im trying to get at is why did they add the analog controller after the digital surely it should of been the other way round analog to digital ex analog tv now its all changing to digital tv, digital radio same as tv etc etc |

| because digital only has 2 values 1 and 0 so the button is either pressed or not where as analogue has more than one value meaning the further you move the stick the more effect it has rather than just on or off
