Default Gaming PC - Moose

I am looking to get a new gaming pc and would like some advice. I would like to build my own, but i do not have the money up front right now so i am looking into a possible alienware machine in which monthly payments could be made. Does anybody have any recommendations for which of their systems is the best "bang for your buck". Or are there other companies that offer monthly payment plans which have decent gaming systems for cheaper?

Alienware is trash.

You can get a decent gaming PC for around $650-$750, and NewEgg has payment plan things iirc.

Yea, Like Carbon said, do't go to alienware, unless you have about twice the amount of cash, as they seriously rip you off.

Look at the specs in this thread on Overclockers UK
http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/sho...php?t=17883751

Those specs are basically the best system you can get for the money. (Well it might be a very tiny amount different in America, but those specs are a good starting point)

Also, have a look at Carbons sticky (http://www.computer-juice.com/forums...s-guide-13603/), it is a little out of date but still very good reading.

Then go to NewEgg and buy the stuff and build it - and ask right here on the forums if you have any problems.

yea, and for the US prices, I find if you times the UK price by about 4/3 you get about what it is in the US.
