I'm looking to swap my vga cooler to Gigabyte Blue Eye VGA watercooling.

I have a 8800GTS but having looked at the gigabyte site I see that the 8800 series is not listed as a supported card (list goes up to 8600).

Having contacted gigabyte they assured my that the 8800 was supported.

Has anyone used this water cooling with a 8800 card and can comfirm that it's 100% compatible?

Hey, I haven't used this watercooling block before but I wouldn't go with it because it only cools the GPU and not the memory around it etc. I have an 8800gts too and I would rather go with the swiftech black that covers the whole card. If you have a gigabyte watercooling system you shouldn't have to worry about being able to connect to this block.
