yes you have made very good choices; first of all you have picked the best amd dual core and amd is better that intel!!, ddr800 ram is best for gaming as it is obviously faster so thats good, the case is a good choice as it will get rid of all that excess heat, good choice of hd aswell because the extra speed will reduce the loading times of games, the 8800 ultra is a good choice, the sound card will be great while playing first person shooters with some 5.1 or 7.1 sorround sound speakers, the psu is good enough to power all that hardware, the cooler will be gr8 for overclocking and the mouse and keyboard is a bit expensive for my liking but whatever.

what can i say, its flawless!! the only reccomendations i would give is lots of fans or watercooling if you want, and you might want to an intel quad core setup with a motherboard that allows ddr 1066 (pc 8400) ram, despite amd being better that intel they still dont quite have amd quads on the market yet.

(inhales) sorry for so much writing, i hope that helps!!

That thing must cost $$$!

Its a good computer I must say... not that you were "artistic" or "creative", just more a less a case of "pick the best, don't bother with the rest".

I wish I had the money to buy something like that, but I'm only 15 :(.

Talk about a "meeting for the ages".

How in the name of all who controls did you get 1500 pounds!? The most I've ever had is about AU$400, which is about 200 pounds... :(

Personally, I would stay away from the ECS motherboard. Only reason being.... I have one, and have been having problems..... AND..... thier customer service/support really really SUCKS! Oh yeah, they have been known to release crappy or corrupt BIOS files and thier response is "send the BIOS chip to us and we'll send you a new one"..... though they don't remove the corrupt BIOS off thier site.... ECS is a budget board, and that is reflected through thier "budget" customer service. Personally, I'd go with a Gigabyte board.

Nice setup, if your spending that much on a keyboard why not go for one of these?
Or if your not one for the touch screen panels and titanium keys check this out. I got the eclipse version , the laser cut keys makes game playing in the dark a dream! Also pretty durable, cant remember how many beers i spilt on it during all night WoW sessions! ah those were the days!
