| For those of you that saw my thread about my mouse trouble, I got a new one today. It's a wireless Inland brand. The kind that doesn't need batteries. I hooked it up and started using it right away. So far so good. :) |

| Hi, I am glad that your PC mouse has been replaced. :) However, I am confused as to how your mouse is wireless and does not take batteries? This sounds like something from a Fred Flinstone cartoon. As they never used fuel or electricity, but they always had gadgets of high technology. So, how does a mouse run on no batteries and it has no wires. Am I that far behind the times? I was just in an office supply store yesterday and I suspect I should have taken a closer look at mice now that I have read your post. My current mouse on this PC is one that has one of those little red lights on the bottom rather than the ball and it has a wire that plugs into my PC USB slot. I didn't select it, somebody picked it up for me in an emergency. It's the Micro brand, which I believe is the cheap brand from WalMart these days. |
