My screensaver locked up and I could only exit the system by the on/off button. On reboot the screen was covered in 1s. or dots. Vista would try to load but failed - there was a blue screen but it vanished before I could read it. But I think there was something at the top about graphics. I can run in safe mode but I don't know what to do next. Is this a graphic card failure? Help

It sounds like either graphics hardware or the driver. Try a different video card like the on board one instead of a PCI.
