When I turn on my computer it says "Disk Error" "Press any key to restart"

I connected my harddrives very well, checked them to see if there in place... I tried my other harddrive that has its on OS that would boot up, still same problem

This is my MOBO incase that is the problem. I am going to insert my Bootable Disk tommorow to look through the contents of the harddrive, if I even can...

First try to Check the Hard Disk Cable and Power or try to re-insert them and then try to boot system if again fails then try to boot from Windows XP Bootable CD.

Try to Reinstall Windows on to the Same Drive then you will be able to backup your earlier data from there to any other preferred location. I was facing same problem done the above suggestion. Best Of Luck.
