I have Bought a new computer a few months ago now, and I have been having problems ever since I have put it together . I have tried everything I can think of, Ive Installed latest drivers and flashed Bios, changed the bios settings (Don't worry, If nothing changed I put them back) but to no avail.

I like to think i have a Rather advanced knowledge of computers.

My problem is that whenever I try to run something that requires processing and puts images on the screen it runs perfectly fine... For about 10 seconds... then it jumps uncontrollably, The CPU load at this point is 100% then reverts back to normal. Its not an overheating problem because it runs around 20C - 25C Static and about 30C - 35C. My Processor is running about 40C - 50C under load.

I have replaced my:
  • Processor
  • Ram
  • HDD
Ive reinstalled many times, I have installed Windows Vista Ultimate (x64) and Windows Xp (x84).

My specs are:
  • OS: Windows Vista Ultimate (x64)
  • Processor: AMD Athlon™ X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+ (3.1Ghz)
  • Graphics Card: ASUS EAH3450 Series (EAH3450/HTP/512m)
  • Motherboard: M2N-MX SE Plus (Asus)
  • PSU: 500W
Any help would be appreciated Thanks in advance!

It's clearly hardware, but it's difficult to say what, all you can really do is keep swapping stuff.

Based on what you have already swapped I would start with the PSU, mobo and/or hard drive.
