Default Help building my computer. Do I have it all right?

So I went ahead and bought some Arctic Silver 5 and applied it. The temperature of the CPU is still hitting 82 then restarting. Any other ideas? I can't figure it out. Thanks guys.

Default Help building my computer. Do I have it all right?

you could buy a custom fan for £30 that could help i can't see any reasons C2D chips usually get quite hot but not that hot.
