there's a couple of them lying around. partspc.com i think is one of them. dell lets you customize through their website now too.
or you could just custom build your own. you can order all the parts from newegg.com or tigerdirect.com for pretty cheap and then just put it together yourself. it actually ends up being slightly cheaper than buying a prebuilt in a lot of cases.
tiger and newegg also offer normal PCs. i'm not sure if they're custom made or not. i think they're just stock. but you can have a look around.
