This forum has, and always will do, take care of members of the fair sex.
We will be honest and all we ask in return that a member is too, this is not too much to ask surely?

Now let us get back to the matter in hand (minus nails) and don't go to PC World.

It's just a bit of light hearted banter fella, not to be taken too seriously. :)

Was that another pun wolfeymole, "THE MATTER IN HAND". That could be misinterpretated as some sort of sexual act. What do u think I am some sort of raving transvestit or something, yes thats right a trenvesTIT.

I dont know, u make one small comment and your name is dragged through the mud. Anyway enough of the sexual inuendo I need to get this computer working cos if I dont it may get slung out of the window.

PS Thanks for the laugh. And yes I do know its only a bit of banter and site like this are better of for it I think as it adds a bit of fun for all. PPS I do look good in the nail though.

Regards Cain.

Anywaaaaay, actually getting back on topic......

No, there's no compatibility issues between the components Cain.

Unplugged all wires and reconnected? (obviously checking each connection).

Thanks for the help,
I may have found the cause (fingers xd). When I received the graphics card there was a small aluminium fin type chip cooler that had been knocked off and was in the packet detached from the card. (The box was not damaged and the packet was still sealed when I received it). I just re-attatched the fin cooler and plugged it into my motherboard. When I read the reply from Dave Hybrid giving me a link to a check list to go through, I inspected the graphics card and noticed that one of the coils was also damaged. I have sent a return request to e-buyer so I am awaiting a reply. Hope to hear from them in the next day or so, in the meantime I am going to borrow a card from a friend to see if my system boots up ok. Will let u know how I get on.

Thanks again and best regards Cain.

PS Wolfeymole I will post you some pictures of my dog he looks just like a wolf.
