Hello Sam

Go to Start, Run, and type dxdiag
This will bring up your video details.

Regarding Ram and CPU size just right click on My Computer and choose Properties.
These details will be shown at the bottom of the box.

Hey !!
You will be able to find the details about your PC by pressing the Window Key + Pause/Break key at a time. In General Tab you will be able to find the Processor Speed and Memory (RAM). To find the information about the Graphic Card, You will need to click on Hardware Tab and then on Device Manager Button. There you will find the complete list of Hardware install/attached to your PC.

RAM is a part you can buy and fit to the inside of your PC.
