Hi im new to this forum and im thinking of investing into water cooling im a bit clueless in this topic so i was hoping someone could tell me what i need for it:). also kinda need some links to trusty sites with the products pc is lga 775 q6600 ...

Water cooling is better than air cooling. It can take up more heat with a lot lesser water.

I think that water cooling is always better then air cooling because water is considered to be better heat absorber then air and also air expands on heating.
