If I want to custom built gaming pc for my self so which preparation and examinations for regarding choose the best gaming computers ??

..and which, while relevant, badly needs an update (more specifically an update finished).
It was so crazy though because of the staggered 58xx launch - at one point I started writing about how the 5850 is such a great buy in some segments, then I realized that the 5870 was the only thing that launched and the 5850 wasn't even available yet, and then now it is and I have to rewrite it again.

Well we need more info from him anyway, he doesn't need a PC capable of playing the latest and greatest if all he wants is to run the Source games or something.
