HI I am planning to built a new PC but I was wondering once every Hardware is installed and every thing is in placed in the correct order. Then you turn it on for the very forst time, whats going to happen. its going to run in bios or something?
How do you install windown once every thing has been built, what to do next?

It might seems a stupid question but I am sure some computer genious will help me built my pc

Once it's all built you power on and boot off the Windows CD to install the operating system.

Best to actually get it built first, then you will probably have some specific query's as you run into them.

Once it is built, power it on, insert a linux CD/DVD and you are away! You can get live versions or can install it to your hard disk. Don't bother with Windoze!

linux is more complicated. if you dont mind running into problems with hardware or othjer things, get it. if you are a general user, get windows. its a good OS.
