Default How much airflow do you reccomend for this watercooling setup?

It's dependent on layout and cable/tube management Compasky and also the case. There is no hard and fast rule.

But as long as you've an intake and exhause fan in the case you're creating a route for air to flow across the motherboard which is where (with this build) it will be needed most.

Hdd's can also do without active airflow over or under them but I wouldn't recommend it as it reduces lifespan.
