Lol wait i didnt idle it, this is after like 45 minutes or so of being active on the computer
ill reboot right now =D

Idle means at a standstill, IE: the PC not running anything other than windows.

It does not mean a fresh re-boot and is irrelevant of how long the PC has been on.
