Going to make this quick as I had the whole thing typed up when my system crashed arg

alrighty, so long story short, I can't run any of my games without the system crashing, These are games I used to be able to play with no problem, then they'd crash and I'd get a graphic error (which I can no longer replicate) and the game would crash after about 5-10 min, now I'm lucky if the game even starts running without crashing the entire system, also on resolution 1024 X 768 my screen shows alot of rainbow sparkly thingies , this goes away if I change the resolution, same thing happens to a greater extreme on games, but can also be fixed by going to the options and changing resolution, though the crashing still remains if I attempt to start the game.

Here are the specs I was able to gather ussing Sysspec (thanks for providing the link as well)

* Motherboard – Shows blank ???

* CPU – AMD Processor Model unknown, 3014.1 MHz

* RAM – 2048 MB

* Video Card(s) – Radeon X 1600/X1650 Series,Radeon X 1600/X1650 Series Secondary, Netmeeding driver, RDPDD Chained DD

* Hard Drive(s) – 465.8G with 60.s Gigs free
* Operating System - Windows Xp5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 3

Sorry if this information isn't exactly what you need as I mostly just copied it best I could lol fraid I'm not to good with technical sides of things. Strange thing is there was nothing changed that I know that would cause all my games to stop working.

Overheating? Check and clean the CPU/GPU fan would be a good place to start.

Did you do anything prior to the crashes? For instance; install new drivers, install any software, change any settings; etc? What Hybrid said is true though; to weigh out overheating, clean the CPU/GPU fans..dust can definitely slow them down thus affecting the air push/pull/flow.... also make sure that they are spinning. :)
