Default I need help finding an internal memeory flash card reader help

I bought a rather ecpensive computer last Christmas and it came with a flash card reader built in.

I just tried to use it to rad a SanDisk (512mb) card. It doesn't fit! I just assumed that when I ordered a multi-flashcard reader it would at least read a SanDisk card.

Can anyone point me in a direction where I can buy a multicard reader that can read "all" flashcards, or at least 9 or 10 including the SanDisk and my XD cards?

Did you try turning the card upside down and fitting it in?

It's a multicard reader (MS/SD/MMC/CF/MD and SM) I tried all slots and it doesn't fit. I'm thinking they "cheaped out" on the card reader when I had the pc built.

When you say a SanDisk (512mb) card, what format is it ? .... i.e Compact Flash, SD, XD, Memory Stick etc. etc.?

It's a flashcard (1"x 1.25" roughly) - one of the larger ones.

There has to be something that is being overlooked. What model of PC is it?
