| Just Completed My First Ever Build! (Sharing My Thoughts) Hi Many of you mods might remember me in doing extensive research on this forum on building a computer nearly a month ago. 1 month on, i have finally completed my first ever build, not as very hard as i thought. The only hard part was making sure not to get electrocuted and not damaging the important parts, otherwise it was fine & ok. Good for experience... Cheers |

(Sharing My Thoughts) The specs i went for was: 1TB of Hard drive 8GB RAM 1GB NVidia Geforce 9500 Graphics Card Intel Quad 2 Core CPU 2 CD/DVD drives Asus P5N-D Motherboard Windows VISTA So far so good, but yet to test how good it is in multitasking & playing games.. (just finishing installing all my softwares.) |

| Just Completed My First Ever Build! (Sharing My Thoughts) Your windows score is determined by your lowest scoring component. I would bet that is your RAM, (from the other thread lol). Once you get your 64 bit installed and it sees all 8 GB's, you will probably jump to the max, 5.9. EDIT: Ouch, I forgot about the 9500......... |
